Get in Touch
The masthead behind MF Gambling Services shares a single inbox: editor@muzikfetish.net. Whatever you send there is read by all three of us. The form on this page is simply a shortcut: it opens your own email program with your words already in place, and nothing leaves your device until you press send yourself.
What to send us
- Corrections. If a settlement rule, a worked example or a sum looks wrong, name the article and quote the line. We recheck it and, where you are right, change the page and note the fix.
- Explanations that did not land. If you finished an article still unsure how a bet pays out, that is useful to know. It usually means a step is missing.
- Topic suggestions. A bet type we have not covered, a slot feature that puzzles you, or a change in the rules where you live that others should hear about.
- Accessibility problems. If a table, a menu or a colour makes a page hard to use, tell us which device and browser you are on.
Things we cannot help with
- Account problems, deposits, withdrawals or disputes with an operator. Please contact the operator directly and, if that fails, the regulator that licenses it.
- Whether a particular site is legal in your country. Your local regulator or official licence register is the reliable source.
- Personal advice about your own gambling. We are not counsellors. If gambling is worrying you, Playing It Safe explains how to find support services that are.
- Predictions, picks or tips. You will not find them in our articles, and our inbox does not hand them out.
Writing a helpful message
A link to the page and a sentence or two on what caught your eye is all we need. Please leave out anything sensitive, such as account numbers, passwords or details about your finances; we do not need them, and it is safer not to send them by email at all.
When to expect an answer
We are a small team, so replies usually take a few working days, and a little longer when a correction means rewriting part of an article. Every message gets read, even when the answer is short. What happens to your email afterwards is explained in our Privacy Notice.
Before you write
Many common questions already have a reply on The Short Answers, and readers new to the site may find Welcome, New Readers a quicker way into the archive than an email.
A word on replies
Nothing sent here goes unread
The three of us share one inbox and take turns answering. Corrections jump the queue, because a wrong sum on a betting page can mislead someone.
We cannot help with accounts, withdrawals or disputes with an operator; those belong with the operator first and its regulator after that.
